Nishan Burkart moves to FC Winterthur on a permanent basis

SC Freiburg can confirm that Nishan Burkart has moved to FC Winterthur on a permanent deal. The 23-year-old attacker spent last season on loan at the Swiss first-division side.

Nishan Burkart joined SC from Manchester United’s academy in 2019 and made his Bundesliga debut away to Borussia Mönchengladbach in April 2021. He appeared four times for the club’s U23s last season before his loan move to FC Winterthur.

SC Freiburg would like to wish Nishan all the best for the future. All parties agreed that the transfer details will remain undisclosed.
