Together with NIKE and 11teamsports, SC Freiburg have released their new kits for the 2022/23 season.
The new official home shirt is in our traditional club colours of red and white. The shirt features long white stripes that go down the front of it. The SC players will be rocking a clean black away kit, whilst the third kit is a striking white.
One particular highlight on all the kits is the hologram emblem on the hem, which reflects both the Freiburg griffin and our club logo. A white NIKE-Swoosh is embroidered on the right side on the front of the shirts, opposite to the SC badge. All three shirts feature the logo of our new main sponsor, Cazoo, on the front of the shirt.
Sustainable shirts
SC Freiburg have taken a step towards being more sustainable with the new shirts. The home kit is made out of 100% recycled polyester and the away shirt up to 75%. This is part of NIKE’s Move to Zero initiative, whereby football clothing should play a leading role in sustainability. Every year, Nike use billions of plastic bottles from landfill sites and waterways to produce recycled polyester. Read more on Nike’s website here: https://www.nike.com/sustainability
As usual, all shirts this season are available in children’s sizes. Adult shirts are available now for €79.95 and children shirts cost €64.95.
