The Deutsche Fußall Liga (DFL) have released dates and times for the first seven games of the 2022/23 Bundesliga season.
Two games on Fridays, three on Saturdays and two more on Sundays: those are SCF’s matchdays for the fixtures until the end of September. Christian Streich’s side kick off the season at the traditional time, 15:30 CEST on Saturday August 8th away to FC Augsburg. Then, the first two home games of the campaign, against Borussia Dortmund and VfL Bochum, take place on Friday nights. The middle of September means the Europa League comes into play, as our home game against Borussia Mönchengladbach and the fixture in Sinsheim against TSG Hoffenheim both take place on Sundays.

SCF’s first two UEFA Europa League games will take place on Thursdays, September 8th and 15th. The weekend of September 23rd-25th is an international break, so no matches will take place then.
