SC continued their impressive home record against FC Augsburg. Freiburg beat FCA 3-1 on Matchday 7. Vincenzo Grifo, Philipp Lienhart and Christian Günter were the goalscorers.

After winning away in Bremen 14 days prior, SC are set to welcome FC Augsburg to the Europa-Park Stadion on Saturday (kick-off 15:30 CEST).
