Europa League opponents confirmed

SC Freiburg will come up against OSC Lille, FC Salzburg, Maccabi Tel-Aviv, FC Basel, OGC Nice, FC Utrecht and Bologna FC in the league phase of the Europa League.

A total of 144 ties involving the 36 Conference League participants were drawn on Friday afternoon from the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.

SC will welcome FC Salzburg, Maccabi Tel-Aviv, FC Basel and FC Utrecht to the Europa-Park-Stadion over the coming months. The team and their fans can also look forward to trips to face OSC Lille (France), Viktoria Plzen (Czechia), OGC Nice (France) and Bologna FC (Italy).

The dates and kick-off times for the matches will be announced by UEFA by Sunday, 31st August at the latest. The first league phase matchday will take place on 24th/25th September.
